Pool Time!

Lucy is borrowing this scooter from her friend Gwen so she can learn how to ride a scooter. Gwen is borrowing Lucy's razor because she totally knows how to ride it! She is super fast! Lucy loves this scooter! She can actually move without falling :)

And Stetson likes to chill outside while Lucy is riding the scooter.....

2 month stats update

Ok so Stetson's appt. was really at 2 1/2 months..but I am listing his stats anyways!

Height = 26 inches- 98% percentile ......Lucy was almost 24 inches at this point

Weight = 15 lb. 8 oz -92% percentile...Lucy was 12 lb 9 oz. at this point

My boy is HUGE!!!! I love it! Also, by three months, he will definitely be in 9 month clothes. He has only gotten to wear his 6 month clothes each one time so far. SO SAD! They are all adorable!

This pillow is adorable isn't it?? My friend Darci made it for me and showed me how to make it while she did. It is my GOAL to start making more. I am in LOVE with it ( especially the Alexander Henry print that is the red, yellow, brown and blue one ) and how well it fits with our new couch!

Potty Training!!!

We started with these......( 18 pair to be exact! ) yes that is Kai Lan on the front!

and of course when we have success we need "ET treats" and stickers, Lucy's request!

and finally sat on this!!!!

First day we had 3 accidents, all in the same hour. I wanted to give up, they were all on the carpet and one after another, so naturally I thought this was going to happen all day. Nope. Just those three that day. Ohhh and we had poop on the potty! ( BIGGGG DEAL HERE! )

Second day we had two accidents, and they were both when Grandma was visiting ( we were a bit distracted)

Third day, one accident!

Fourth day was a Saturday. This mommy needed to get OUT OF THE HOUSE! I know that is not what you are supposed to do when potty training, but it was a necessity.

NO ACCIDENTS ALL DAY. We were gone almost all day except for nap time.

Fifth day, one accident, at Grandma's house.

Needless to say things have been going well. We are having a hard time going poop on the potty, but pee is a cinch! It has been a week and a half and today Lucy is finally telling me when she has to go. Let's hope this continues!

Mmmm mmm smores!

We may not have gone camping this summer.....( amidst all of Troy's pleas) but we did get a chance to make smores! Why not right? And our neighbor Shallee who we have hung out with quite a bit lately, came over to join in on the fun! ( Well---we didnt know we were going to do the smores thing when she came over, but she enjoyed them anyways! )

I was trying to get Lucy to put marshmellows in her mouth and say chubby bunny. This is what she thought of that!

Visit from Uncle Mike

My brother came over last week and visited the kiddos. These pictures are from earlier in the day and then I have included some pictures of when he was holding Stetson.

Don't mind the messy house! I try and do chores ( this one was sorting laundry) while the kids are right next to me.....if Lucy gets out of my sight she is usually doing something naughty lately!
