Here is a picture of me with my new sewing machine...well actually with the store model. I have written about sewing but have never posted the night I got it! My class knew that I wanted a sewing machine but that Troy and I weren't celebrating Christmas ( due to lack of $$$$) so they compiled their money together and got me a target gift card for the price of the sewing machine I wanted. HOW SWEET IS THAT??? They are the BEST class. Not just for that reason, they are the most caring group of kiddos EVER!

SARAH! I didn't know you like to sew! My girlfriend stared coming over a few weeks ago giving me lessons on the machine! I wish we lived closer so we could go take a class together! It's SO much fun!! I've been an avid buyer of Etsy for a loooong time now, and it completely inspired me! Check out etsy.com if you haven't before. I'm a BIG fan of buying HOMEMADE! Its SO much better for our little ones! That's where we got most of Brookie's Christmas presents. Anyway, good luck on your new sewing venture! Can't wait to see some creations! :)

that is SO sweet of your kiddos. i want to sew too but i think it might be impossible for me. i have tried once and it was a major disaster.
